Anything Goes — Callback Notice

Thank you all for auditioning for Anything Goes. We were blown away by the talent, preparation, and heart in every audition — please don’t be discouraged if you weren’t called back to audition for a role. The pool was incredibly deep and submissions were very competitive. We also have many important technical and backstage positions to fill, so even if you aren’t cast in a performance role we hope you’ll stay involved with the production.

Below is the callback list the casting team has composed. If your name appears under “Lead/Featured Vocal Roles,” please be prepared to sing and to be asked to read or perform as those characters. All lead-role considerations who are not chosen for a lead or featured singing role will be invited to join the ensemble. All ensemble members will be considered for a wide variety of speaking and small roles still to be cast; however, not all ensemble members called back are guaranteed roles in the final production. After the January in-person auditions the final Cast List will be shared.

Important Attendance and Next Steps

• All performers should plan to attend the first audition day for choreography on January 6.

• All named leads and featured singing role candidates should attend January 7.

• Final callbacks and casting decisions will take place on January 8 (TBA) — please keep this date available.

What to prepare

• If you’re on the lead/featured list, familiarize yourself with the indicated roles and the associated songs; you may be asked to sing and/or read for those parts.

• If you are invited to ensemble, expect to be considered for multiple small speaking parts and stage assignments.

• If you’re not listed here, thank you again for auditioning — we may still participate in pit, crew, backstage, or other opportunities.

Questions or scheduling conflicts

• If you cannot attend any of the required dates above, please notify the production team as soon as possible so we can accommodate or advise on the next steps.

Welcome to the East Lake HIgh School Theatre Boosters!

If you have a student enrolled in one of our performing arts programs you are automatically a member of our growing ELHS Theatre Family! The ELHS Theatre Booster Club is an organization comprised of dedicated parents, directors, students, and community members. We help support East Lake High School's Theatre productions, activities, and competitions.

 

We work to enhance the experience of our students by providing support to the programs that allow each student to grow, develop leadership skills, gain confidence, and advance to the next level of performance and personal growth.
